Well this summer has been a busy one for us! Kris told me that I needed to update the blog so here it is...There have been many water activities this year. Corbin loves playing in the water. Whether he is at Cherry Hill, or out back on the trampoline with a sprinkler underneath, he is a happy camper.
His latest love is his scooter. We have been to a few people's houses lately that have scooters and Corbin LOVES playing on them. We decided that we would buy one for him for his birthday which is the end of August. We were at the store shopping and decided to pick one up. When we put it in the cart, Kristin said, "It's nice how we can still buy things with him with us." Turns out that statement couldn't be further from the truth. Pretty much from that moment on the scooter became the most important thing in Corbin's life. The filters from the furnace became the enemy because they were leaning on the scooter. Nothing was worthy of being near the scooter. We got it in the car and hoped that things would get better once it was out of sight. That didn't work either. We got home and all he wanted to do was ride the scooter. We had several meltdowns from the moment we put the scooter into the cart until we got home and finally gave up on the idea of saving it for a full month. So far he has dragged Kris around the block a couple of times and we have taken it with us over to some friends house so he could ride his scooter with Nate. Pictures of the scooter are still to come....

So fun to chat with you! You look so adorable!! I can't wait to see Corbin on the scooter. My mom wanted to get Maddux one a while ago but I don't Maddux could ride it! I'm super impreessed Walker will blog for you-that's true love!
I love that Corbin is the way he is. I wouldn't expect anything different for one of Walkers kids. It is adorable!
That sounds exactly like Tanner and his trike! Boys are so funny. Corbin is super cute, by the way.

Oh, the joys! Yes, I'm afraid shopping days with the kids is over forever:)
He is one funny character. I love the water pictures, what a cutie.
A month early birthday present isn't too bad. Jed got a trike 4 months before his birthday last year because of the same issue. I guess you'll have to be more sneaky in the future or leave him at home when you go birthday shopping. He's a cutie!
Kristin--Corbin is getting so big and he gets even more handsome every time I see him in pictures. And I LOVE the name Wyatt for baby #2! :)
That is awesome! So cute. Nicole just got a scooter for her birthday too, and it was a chore to drag her away from it to open other presents!
